Hi Carlos,
Good question. An “open-jaw” is a flight that originates in A and flies to B but departs back from C to A.
Ie. Amsterdam-Los Angeles while flying back from Las Vegas to Amsterdam.
A double open jaw (These exists as well) could be Amsterdam – Los Angeles and Las Vegas to Brussels.

Not every fare allows a similar routing but its often attractive, for both leisure (visiting multiple countries) or business (meetings in different cities) travellers.
